Spandrel was engaged by the Owner to manage a renovation of an existing store with the franchise's new concept while maintaining daily operation.

 

Scope of services included construction management, project bidding, vendor coordination and punch list creation and follow up.

Project encountered an unexpected vent line from an under slab sanitary line, Spandrel worked to find best solution of relocation and adjustment to design to save owner cost and keep project moving on the tight 2 week timeline.
